On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my honour and a great pleasure to welcome you to the International Congress on Nuclear Medicine, Molecular Imaging and Molecular Therapy: “From Image to Diagnosis & Treatment”, which will take place from 19th to 20th of April, in the city of Novi Sad.
This year, the scientific program will introduce many updates in the field of nuclear medicine. It will combine the two most important subjects of nuclear medicine: diagnostics and therapy. Our eminent lecturers from all over the world, who are the leading experts in these fields, will present the practice of modern nuclear medicine from the imaging, and disease diagnostics to the treatments of patients.
This meeting will bring together the nuclear medicine community from several countries and give them an opportunity to exchange experiences and the latest developments in the field of nuclear medicine. Further, this congress will evaluate the current status of general nuclear medicine, nuclear physics and radiopharmacology, molecular imaging and molecular therapy. This is an opportunity for participants to exchange information on the current advances in the field and to identify future challenges and directions in nuclear medicine.
The congress is created to be of interest for experts in the fields of: basic nuclear medicine, oncology – NET, prostate and breast cancer, cardiopulmology and endocrinology. In addition, this meeting makes a challenge for young nuclear medicine specialists and residents. Different specialties are invited to learn about the role of nuclear medicine theragnostics, starting with the image to make a diagnosis and to end with treatment of the disease.
