Dear colleagues and guests,
On behalf of the Serbian Society of Nuclear Medicine, it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 9th Balkan Congress of Nuclear Medicine, taking place in Novi Sad, on September 12th to 15th, 2021. It is held together with the Serbian Congress of Nuclear Medicine 2020.
The Scientific Program of the Congress, covers general nuclear medicine and the latest achievements in hybrid imaging. With numerous distinguished lecturers including some of the most prestigious experts in this field, we hope that this Congress will contribute to further professional development as well as to help young investigators to meet each other, gain knowledge and share experience.
Novi Sad is the capital of the northern Serbian autonomous province Vojvodina. Well known as a nicknamed “Athens of Serbia”, our city is the second largest city in Serbia, with a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural identity including six official languages. Novi Sad was recently selected for the European Youth Capital 2019 and European Capital of Culture for 2021.
I wish you a pleasant stay in our city.
Yours
Yours Sincerely,
Prof. Jasna Mihailović, MD, PhD
